Hotel Resol Trinity Kyoto

we ate at a lovely restaurant for all the guests. the bed was very big with down pillows.

The hotel was luxurious and fairly clean with amazingly attentive staff at the reception desk. The location not too far from city centre was absolutely perfect and incredible. Also, the area was nice quiet. We recommend this property, spent here lovely 3 nights.

No complains at all, the venue met requests, recommend it. Well, it was a fairly nice stay during my holidays. This hotel was set in a very central area adjacent to shopping district, Nishiki Market and Gion and the Kyoto JR metro and shopping and restaurant areas. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and check-in was early.

Modern and good little hotel!

Fairly clean hotel, exceptionally attentive employees at the reception desk. Classic-style building, well-appointed and top-notch rooms with wonderful toiletries and a super clean bathroom, for example.

Room cleaning every three days is unacceptable for a four-star hotel!!! A futon so thin feels like sleeping on the floor, how about an extra mattress for comfort instead?

Clean room, convenient location, the tv and air conditioning made our short stay comfortable, and being just 49 km from the nearest airport added to the ease of our travels.

The public bath was a great way to relax. Close to Nishiki market and Samurai museum. Many dining options were within walking distance. A cozy experience.

It was just a reliable pick for a brief visit in Kyoto with very nice value for money. The room was cozy, but I struggled with my suitcase due to limited space. Consider bringing a smaller bag for easier maneuverability.

The room was cozy and came equipped with everything we needed, including a lovely bathtub perfect. The breakfast spread was good, offering both Japanese and Western options that kept us energized for our adventures. We particularly enjoyed the onsen, a nice touch after busy days out.

Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities

The rooms were super clean and featured a sleek design with everything I needed. I particularly loved the communal baths, a unique touch that added to my experience. The location is convenient, with shopping and dining options nearby. A short walk to the metro. One area for improvement would be to have more instructions available for using the onsen, especially for newcomers.

Staying at Hotel Resol Trinity in Kyoto was a delight. The hotel is super clean and modern with well-thought-out amenities. The bathroom had quality bath products, a pleasant surprise. Conveniently located near the metro and bus stops, I easily accessed popular attractions. The Teramachi shopping street is just steps away. My room was comfortable, but it felt a bit small. I really liked the complimentary skin products and the friendly staff who spoke English well. The on-site onsen was a huge plus. The pillows weren't supportive enough, affecting my sleep quality. I also experienced limited room cleaning during my five-night stay. The positives outweigh the negatives.

Breakfast was a good mix of Western and Japanese fare, great for fueling up pre-adventure. I also loved the onsite hot communal baths, definitely a unique Kyoto experience to unwind after exploring! The room's decor was charming, keeping it stylishly Japanese.

I hit a snag when I requested milk for my toddler late at night, but the restaurant was closed. Not ideal, but at least the other dining options nearby kept our spirits high!
